1. Choose your best couple portrait with your loved one and send to jlpmomentoz@gmail.com
2. Type “The Momentoz Search” in Subject of the Email
3. Share the story behind the photo
4. Include your  “Name” ,“Email Address” and date of Wedding (if you haven’t planned yet, just let us know the approximate month and year).
5. Our Judges will select the Two(2) Entries based on uniqueness, romance, candid, and fun.
6. The Best Entry will win a “Actual Day Wedding Photography” package worth more than RM2500.00!
7. The 2nd Best entry will win a “Mystery Prize” that will be announced together with the Grand Prize Winner
8. Contest ends at 11.59pm on the 31st October 2011,

Terms and Condition

1. All information on how to enter the contest forms part of these terms and condition. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of the terms and condition of contest.

2. All images submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them and must not be published elsewhere or have won prize in any photographic competition. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that the images they submit do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws. Entrants must warrant that the image submitted is their own work and that they own the copyright to it.

3. “Momentoz” reserves the rights to change the contest timing, rules and regulations where seen required, without prior notice.

4. Image submission must be done in the stipulated time frame of the contest in JPEG format, colored or black and white, indicating/ showing the couple’s facial features clearly. Only one submission per couple.

5. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

6. Terms and condition of the Actual Day Photography Package agreement for the winning couple applies. The winning couple is required to sign the agreement for the package won.

7. Events may occur that render the contest itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Jason Lee Photography and accordingly Jason Lee Photography may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Jason Lee Photography as a result thereof.

8. The booking of the time slots for actual day wedding photography are subjected to the schedule and availability of Jason Lee Photography on the entrant’s submitted date. In an event of this situation occurring, Jason Lee Photography reserves the right to vary and amend the promotion and the entrant agrees to no liability shall attach to Jason Lee Photography as a result thereof.

Judging and Prizes

1. Judges decisions are final and no further correspondences will be entertained.

2. Prizes including cash vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other unstated alternatives.

3. All winners will be notified within seven days of the announcement of winners of the contest.

4. Jason Lee Photography shall not bear any additional cost or expenses for all prizes unless stated in the contest prizes packages.

5. Cash vouchers are transferable. Usage of Cash Vouchers is only for Actual Day Wedding Photography Package.
