Maldives Islands – The Atolls Nation
I was greatly honored to be able to join my lovely wife’s and her company on a trip to this beautiful island paradise.
The Maldive Islands make up an island nation consisting of 26 atolls in the Indian Ocean. They are located south of India’s Lakshadweep islands, about 700 kilometers south-west of Sri Lanka. The Maldives encompass 1,192 small islands, roughly two hundred of which are inhabited.
All around you are the beautiful sandy beaches, clear blue and turquoise water around you, massive lagoons with different depths and ocean bed full with dazzling coral, gardens and underwater life, making it an ideal tropical holiday destination.
Although landscape and travel photography are not my main interest, but the moment i arrive on this island, I knew that I cannot miss the chance to document this place down. Here are some of my “Momentoz” from the trip.
